An in depth course to develop skills and confidence in using your grounds for curriculum delivery. Discover the benefits of learning outside using practical seasonal activities and simple improvements to your site to enhance learning and biodiversity for your school.
You will experience the benefits of being in nature and using natural resources to support wellbeing and classroom work. You will understand how to get started, manage risks and review sessions. Aimed at all levels of educational professionals wanting to expand their knowledge and confidence in delivering the curriculum in local outdoor spaces.
Completion of the course only takes two and a half days (plus some structured self-directed study in between the course days) and is designed to help you to make a success in implementing a programme of curriculum based outdoor learning.
