Since qualifying in 2000, Ceri has worked in several primary schools across different local authorities. She has a passion for understanding how children become better learners and has led and improved teaching and learning across several schools over the past ten years. Her work is based on in depth research which provides secure pedagogy to support effective staff development.
She has confidently worked with colleagues as a leading maths teacher to develop and support subject leaders and class teachers in their planning, delivery and evaluation of maths. Further experience includes curriculum development; ensuring that schools provide a curriculum which is not only engaging and inspiring but meets the needs of the individuals.
